John Peter Strybos

John Peter Strybos, organist/director of music, has degrees/certificates from Baylor University (BM), the University of Central Oklahoma (MEd) and Manhattan School of Music (Dalcroze/Orff/Kodaly Certificate). He has taught school and held church positions in Texas, Oklahoma, New York and Connecticut and retired from The Church of St. Joseph and St. Joseph's School (Bronxville, NY) in 2017. He lives in Stamford with his husband, Jim Wetherald, and their cat Beauregard Oreo (a.k.a Mr. Beau).

Kelly Guerra

Peruvian-American mezzo-soprano Kelly Guerra is known for her fiery stage presence and “luscious mezzo timbre” (Boston Musical Intelligencer). Fall 2022, Kelly will sing the title role in María de Buenos Aires with Kentucky Opera. A strikingly versatile performer, Kelly feels at home with many styles and eras of vocal music from Mozart to Héctor Lavoe. Kelly has been a soloist at institutions such as the Kennedy Center, Tanglewood, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Chautauqua, and the Lucerne Festival.
A first-generation American and native of Southern California, Kelly champions Spanish language repertoire to welcome more diverse audiences into the concert hall.

Robert Orbach

A New York native, Countertenor Robert Francis Orbach has been featured in both concerts and opera throughout Europe and North America.
Robert is currently a Company Artist with Moon River Opera. Recent performances included a return to MuSE with Vivaldi’s Gloria, First Alto in The Bird Lady with Opera Avant Inc., Handel’s Messiah at Northminster Church in Monroe, LA, the premiere of Nathan Felix’s opera La Malinche as Hernan Cortes with NYC Opera Collective, and the premiere of Eimi Tanaka’s Songs for the Restless with Pitches Brew. In 2021 he was named a Semi-Finalist in both The Premiere Opera Foundation International Voice Competition and The Century Opera Voice Competition.
